1.a. When using InMutual you have made the choice to interact with InMutual in ways that requires us to gather personally identifying information i.e. Personal data.
1.b. The Personal Data are collected, used and processed electronically and will be handled in strict confidence according to the legal provisions unless you expressly consent to other uses.
1.c. In each case, we collect, process and use such information only to the extent necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of your interaction with us. We do not disclose Personal Data except as described below.
Other and additional Information and Statistics
2.a. Like most website operators, we collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor (General Information).
Our purpose in collecting General Information is to better understand how the visitors of InMutual use the Website.
2.b. We may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to the Website. For instance, we may study the most popular networks. Without disclosing Personal Data other than described below we may display the information publicly or provide it to others.
2.c. We also collect potentially Personal Data like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We protect potentially Personal Data in the same way we protect Personal Data.

4.a. InMutual will send you a daily overview email of relevant activities of the networks that you are a member.
4.b. In addition you get a direct email when someone comments/replies to a post you have made. In the settings section you can alter the frequency of these emails from direct to an aggregate email once per two hours or to receive the update within the daily overview.
4.c. When a moderator removes a post or bans/blocks you from posting you will receive a direct email of this.
Communication through the InMutual Account
5.a. As part of the service, you may communicate with us through use of contact in the Help section. Communication with other users is done by using the commentboxes within the (sub-sub-)network pages.
